The Art and Opportunity of Making

In this "new economy", the Fall season is a time of transition. As summer shows wind down, we take this time to re-stock some of our regular items and begin to create new shapes. So many years past there just hasn't been the time to develop new ideas. We've often lamented of just wanting to stay in the studio and make. With doing a few less shows and having our own gallery, we now have the opportunity and time to focus on our creative side without having to pack everything up and head to another show. As the holidays begin to approach (I know it's a little early), when you're out and about, stop by the studio and see what's new on the ware carts. Then visit the gallery and check out the finished pieces. It might even give you some ideas for those gifts you'll be needing.
